Daniel Davis was born in the Gurdon city in November 1945, and began being attracted by the performing arts by the time he was a teenager, as his parents were working in a cinema that they owned. After watching one action movie in it he was inspired by the performance of the main actor, and that was the moment when he decided that he will certainly become an actor as there is no other way of life for him. His first work was in a TV show by the time he was only eleven years old, when he played the son of a rock star in it. Davis has graduated two high schools in Little Rock city in 1963, after which he went to the University of Arts in Arkansas. After graduating it he went to the Shakespeare Theatre Festival which was held in Oregon and during six years he worked in the American Conservatory Theatre where he was at the same time teaching lessons of performing Arts. He became popular the first time after performing in a popular show on the day television where he played a role of an ex husband who was unfaithful to his wife. That soap opera was a spin off version of “My world” TV show. In this show he was working for almost two years. This role helped him being discovered by the Hollywood’s producers who began inviting the young and talented actor to their shows.
