Dave Foley was the third of the four children in the family. He was born in Canada, his parents – Michael and Maria- were a simple mechanic and a housewife. Dave married with his first wife Tabatha Southey in the New Year’s Eve of the year 1991 in Canada, but six years later in 1997 their marriage collapsed as they couldn’t get mutual understanding. During their marriage were born two of their children Ned (born in 1991) and Basil (born in 1995). In August 2002 he married with Chrissie Herero. Their daughter Alana was born in April 2003, she played Claire Brady’s role in a TV show “Days of our life”. Foley and Herero divorced in 2008, and since that time he is single, as he decided to concentrate himself upon the carrier and his children only. After he left school he was having lessons of improvisation in a educational center located in Toronto. That was the place where he met Kevin McDonald together with who he created an original comedy sketch group in 1984. Later this band was joined by Bruce Mackalock, Mark McKinney and Scott Thompson. The group debut on the television in 1989 and was successfully met by public and critics, but in 1994 the project was closed. Foley is actively performing in cinema and on the television; also he is voicing various cartoons. It is interesting to know that the only thing to which he is addicted is coffee
