Marie Francis “Debbie” Reynolds was born in the beginning of April 1932; she was born in El Paso, she was the second child in her family. When she was young she participated in the scaut moving, where she was the leader of the group. In 1939 her family has relocated to Burbank where she entered the John’s Burrows High School. By the time she was sixteen she won on the Beauty conted and soon after that she was offered to sign a contract with Warner Brothers Studio. In the cinema her carrier started from performing mostly in the comedies, later she became more popular after the release of the movie “Singing under the tree” in which she has shown her great vocal performance. In 1951 her song has entered the hit chart of the country and was placed on the third place. Later she released a few other songs that have become quite famous. And one of them has entered the musical in which she performed and which has brought her an Oscar award. Debbie was married for three times. In 1955 she married with Eddie Fisher, from whom she bore a daughter- Carrie (later she followed her mother’s footsteps and became an actress as well). They divorced in 1959 after a huge scandal which was connected with the story of her husband’s affair with Elizabeth Taylor. Since 1960- till 1973 she was married with a millionaire Harry Carl (she dumped him after he bankrupted). Her first husband has become the real estate agent Richard Hamlett.
