Willem Dafoe was born in June 1955 in Appleton, which is Wisconsin. He is the seventh child in the family with eight children, and he is the only one who decided to elect the artistic profession- the rest of them became lawyers and doctors. In 1985 the actor caught the public’s attention while performing in “To live and die in Los Angeles” and a year later he performed Ely’s role in “The Army” movie which was directed by Oliver Stone.
