After the recent incident in Atlanta, Georgia when they were both arrested, Reese Witherspoon‘s marriage to Jim Toth is stronger than ever. The actress was charged with disorderly conduct for confronting a police officer who had arrested her husband on suspicion of DUI earlier this year. She pleaded ”no contest” to charges and after all that’s happened Reese decided to put it all behind her and concentrate on her marriage.

A source close to the couple said: ”The whole situation was a good check-in to reassess things and make sure they’re on track as a couple. Reese learned from it. She feels she and Jim are in everything together, for life.”
