Ashley Tisdale gets permanent restraining order against a fan

ashley_tisdale_scary_movie_5_premiere_2013_640x360 High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale has won a permanent restraining order against a fan after he violated the temporary ban he was given earlier by contacting her via Twitter.

The actress originally reported Nicholas Fiore to police because he sent her over 18,000 messages on Twitter together with threatening song lyrics. She first got a temporary protection order against the fan but he violated it by contacting her again and got arrested on May 31. After that the case was back at Los Angeles court and on June 6 Ashley got a permanent restraining order against Fiore (3 years).
