Former Baywatch star Carmen Electra has announced her return to music.

She is working on songs for her new album and even though she had to face some fears, Carmen insists that getting back in the studio has been a fulfilling experience.

Speaking to BANG Showbiz, she said: “It’s been really fun getting back into the studio. I still have a way to go, but it’s been such an interesting journey and very fulfilling to me in my heart and my soul. Dancing and performing is what I love to do the most and throughout the years I’ve performed with different groups for the love of just being on stage.

“It’s been an awesome year facing some fears, it’s a little scary doing it by yourself because it’s you, it’s your name, but I’ve had so much support. Between the support and how making music makes me feel inside I’m going to continue and I’m so excited about future music and performances.”

Electra has already released single ‘WERQ’, and she’s preparing several dance routines for this and some other songs.

“I’m getting ready to go to Germany and right after Germany we’re going to start rehearsals and that’s one of my favorite things to do, to get together with my dancers, our choreographer and start working and getting the show together,” she added.
