Jessica is a fan of LA’s CrossFit gym Petranek Fitness. “I’m comfortable with my body and who I am because I work out a lot,” she said. “There is so much pressure to look a certain way in this town. But it’s nice to have a little meat on you, and I hope I inspire women to appreciate their muscular calves!”

Starring in a major action movie opposite Tom Cruise is what motivated Paula to get into shape. The actress prepared for her role in Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol by doing CrossFit.  “It was really the most grueling and one of the hardest things I’ve done,” she says. “I worked out for two and half hours, six days a week for a couple of months. It was so hard! I would never cry in front of the boys, but inside I was hurting and a little depressed. You have to get past that moment of self-doubt. After a month, the wall came down and the training felt doable. It still wasn’t easy, but doable, and that felt really empowering.”

Channing Tatum

Channing Tatum has always had an impressive physique and everyone is dying to know how the actor stays so sculpted. “I like to be lean. If I get too bulky I can’t move well, and I like to move,” he says. “When I’m not training, I get really round and soft.” Tatum recently shared that variety is his favorite workout trick. Constantly changing up his routine keeps him from getting bored and keeps his body from getting complacent, which is why he finds CrossFit so perfect.

Kelly Clarkson

Kelly Clarkson has been a fan of CrossFit, which she says reminds her of boot camp. “I love it! It’s like boot camp,” she said. “You never work out more than 35 minutes, but it’s so intense. It makes me feel like G.I. Jane. It’s very empowering. I feel like I can whup ass!”

Elizabeth Banks

Banks is also a fan of the time-saving workout. “Activating all of your muscles during your workout is the way to go. I don’t understand where the ‘this day you just work your arms, the next day your quads,’ philosophy came from,” she recently told Self magazine. “That’s what is great about CrossFit, the philosophy of it: work everything at once, cross train your body, fire all your muscles.”

Jason Statham

British action star and former diving champion Jason Statham is a CrossFit devotee. The actor dropped 17 pounds in six weeks back in 2007 by working out 35 minutes a day, six days a week. “My workout is murder, a nightmare—and priceless,” he says.

Cameron Diaz

Diaz first discovered CrossFit with her pro athlete ex, Alex Rodriguez, and it soon became one of her favorite ways to stay consistent with exercise and sculpted from head to toe. “Exercise for me is like eating, sleeping, and breathing. I’m consistent, and when I’m not consistent, it shows up on my body,” she has revealed to Harper’s Bazaar.

Cross fit is a very challenging work out. It really doesn’t require much time a day as it is very intense work out and allows reached great results in the short time frame. You can see the actors who are into cross fit and the way they look. They are al in prefect shape, great mood and healthy looking. When you start it you will realize it is a murder, but once it becomes a part of your routine life, you will never get back to anything else.

The cross fit training provides fast result ad helps to keep your body string, shaped and muscle defined. No wonder why more and more people choose this kind of sport. It is effective, it is pain, but it s worth it! Try cross fit and you will never want anything else! Just look at the shape of the celebrities that practice it!

Mm, Jessica Biel has a gorgeous body, the first time I noticed that, was in the movie where she played the sexy lawyer for Adam Sandler’s character, who pretended to be a gay, but in reality was not, which is good, as it would be a shame for the whole human being. I think I should start using this cross fit method as well, as looking at those women’s shape made me realize it is not that far away from me the result, and in fact it is quite possible. Jessica is a very happy and lucky woman, as she got one of the most wanted bachelor’s in Hollywood- Justin Timberlake. Cameron Diaz was working hard for a few years to make him proposing her; probably it is because she was not experiencing cross fit as Biel, or because she is much older.

I love Jason Statham, I think he has the most beautiful body in Hollywood, and the good thing is that he keeps exercising and improving it every day. I guess every woman of this country in this or that time was or is in love with him, I think it is very easy to fall for such a man as he is. Rosie Huntington is a very lucky woman to have him, as he is a real man who would do anything for the sake of his woman; at least this is the way he looks like in all the movies where he plays, and probably it is because in reality he is the same kind of person. I wish he had brothers and lots of them so I could pick one, and keep it for myself. He is an amazing example of strength, ambitions and will for all the young men.

Ha ha, Kelly Clarkson is a very funny in her expressions, mm I look at her pictures now, and at her pictures when she was only a rising star, and see a huge difference, I guess this cross fit is really working and I should try it. I like stars that are motivating other people or their fans for something good, instead of showing them their vulgar sexual life, or various types of addictions. It is so pleasant and refreshing to read an article about healthy finally, instead of reading about check ins and check out from rehab. Like for example Chris Brown, who is already a regular client in rehab. It would be much better if he would through all the aggression he has in the gym instead of wasting it on surrounding people.
