The celebrity world is just so full of egos and different personalities that occasional feuds are inevitable. And sometimes these clashes get very ugly with lots of juicy details. Here is the list of famous people who can’t stand each other, secretly or openly.
Angelina Jolie and Chelsea Handler
Chelsea is super close with Jennifer Aniston but says her dislike for Angelina goes beyond her friendship with Jen. “She seems like a demon,” she explained on “Watch What Happens Live.” “It has nothing to do with Jennifer. As a woman, I know when you see somebody walking across the room that she’s a bad girl. I just don’t like Angelina Jolie. I don’t think she’s a girl’s girl. I like girl’s girls.”
Mel Gibson and Joe Eszterhas
Mel Gibson and legendary screenwriter Joe Eszterhas faced off in 2012 after collaborating on The Maccabees together. After slamming each other on the internet, Gibson ended up apologizing, while Eszterhas wrote an eBook about the incident.
Rihanna and Teyana Taylor
Recently, Taylor posted a video of herself singing Anita Baker’s “Caught Up in the Rapture” — and then RiRi’s hairstylist Instagrammed a video of himself wearing Teyana’s signature curly hair and baseball cap. Next thing you know, an all-out Twitter war broke out. Teyana called Rihanna petty, Rihanna compared their net worths, and Teyana labeled her a “cyber bully” on Hot 97. Drama!
Kirstie Alley called her former friend Leah Remini “a repulsive bigot” for speaking against Scientology because Kirstie is still a practicing Scientologist. Kirstie has since blocked Leah on Twitter.
Kanye West and Justin Timberlake
Kanye ignited a beef between him and Justin when he made a reference to Justin’s comeback hit during a performance in London back in February, where he said, “I got love for the Hov, but I ain’t f*ckin’ with that ‘Suit and Tie’ sh*t.” Justin responded while performing on Saturday Night Live later that month, singing that his “hit’s so sick, it’s got rappers acting dramatic.”
Kelly Osbourne and Christina Aguilera
Christina Aguilera and Kelly Osbourne have been entangled in a “fat feud” for several years. These two have been calling each other fat in the press. After Christina said she was chubby, Kelly said on “Fashion Police, “Maybe she’s becoming the fat b*tch she was born to be. She called me fat for years; f*ck you, you’re fat too!”
Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton
After Kim Kardashian soared to fame with her love tape, her former BFF Paris Hilton slammed her big time, and the duo haven’t been the same ever since. “I would not want Kim’s butt – it’s gross!” Paris said about her former friend’s famous booty during a radio show in 2007. “It reminds me of cottage cheese inside a big trash bag.” Though Paris later apologized, the girls never really reclaimed their friendship and Kim ironically took a stab at Paris’ love tape on her show a few years later. “I’m not Paris,” she said to her mother, when asked if she remembered to bring night vision binoculars to spy on Bruce Jenner.
Taylor Swift and Amy Poehler/Tina Fey
Presenting at the 2013 Golden Globes, the comediennes had a running joke about Swift’s overwrought love life — and the country-pop star was not amused. She pouted to Vanity Fair, saying, “there’s a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women.” Fey and Poehler attempted to apologize, claiming the whole thing was a joke.
After Tom Cruise publically criticized Brooke Shields for taking drugs for her postpartum depression, the actress slammed him. She retaliated with an Op-Ed piece in The New York Times. “Comments like those made by Tom Cruise are a disservice to mothers everywhere,” wrote Shields. “At my lowest points, I thought of swallowing a bottle of pills or jumping out the window. The drugs [Paxil], along with weekly therapy sessions, are what saved me.” She also told People magazine: “Tom Cruise…should stick to acting and not talk about women who need help. When Tom becomes a woman and has a baby and has postpartum, then he can become an expert.”
Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow were almost inseparable and gushed over each other every chance they got, until they had a huge falling out in 2010. Though no one really knows what broke up their friendship, the girls have slightly snubbed each other in interviews.
Kim Kardashian and Katie Couric
When the news anchor commented on the Kardashian’s popularity in In Touch magazine, saying “I think it’s mostly teenage girls that are interested” — Kimmie was furious. She Instagrammed a picture of a baby gift that Couric sent her (the gift’s note said “May I humbly suggest you and Kanye continue the tradition of K names”), with this caption: #IHateFakeMediaFriends #MayIHumblySuggestYouNotSendGiftsThenTalkS**t.
Well, well, well, this was very interesting. I like all the intrigues of this kind! People are egoistic and people like other people and hate another. Why? This is just the way it is. No wonder it also happens in the worlds of celebrities. Here it goes even worse and dirty as celebrities get attention and give interviews. Maybe we just could be a little bit kinder to each other and respect others and try hard not to make any bad comments of people, just because you do not like them. I still cannot understand what is demonic about Angelina Jolie, but maybe this is I just because I do not know her personally. Who knows? )))
Celebrities are also people and the feelings and senses are all familiar to them as well. I even believe that the hate I more pronounced and evident between the celebs as they are sort of each other’s competitors. Still, their ugly and dirty feud doesn’t make them very attractive in the eyes of the fans. Well, some don’t really care.
