When you think of a Hollywood star worth millions of dollars, you expect perfection from head to toe when it comes to their looks. Unfortunately, some of them are so far from being flawless that they don’t even like to shower or use a deodorant. Being clean is just not that important for those people. Take a look at some celebs who evidently have aversion to soap.
The Twilight star doesn’t exactly smell of roses. He has reportedly been stinking up the set of New Moon, with one insider claiming, “He stinks. I mean, it’s awful. He never showers, and it drives people on the set crazy. He completely reeks.” In an interview with Extra, Robert has revealed he doesn’t seem to think it’s necessary to wash his hair — or his home. When asked if it was true that he once said he hadn’t washed his hair for six weeks, the actor answered, “Probably. I don’t know. I don’t really see the point in washing your hair.” He added, “If you don’t care if your hair’s clean or not then why would you wash it? It’s like, I don’t clean my apartment ’cause I don’t care. I have my apartment for sleeping in and I have my hair for just, you know, hanging out on my head. I don’t care if it’s clean or not.”
Britney Spears’ former manager Jason Trawick has accused the star of not showering, not washing her clothes, and according to earlier photos, not washing her hair. An insider once said: “Britney isn’t the type to cover herself in pretty smelling lotions. She hates washing her hair, so sometimes it can smell downright sour. She’ll sometimes grab an outfit and wear it two or three times in a week. Thankfully she’s trying more now because even she knows you couldn’t think of a more embarrassing reason for a relationship to break down.”
Despite his enduring heartthrob status, Brad was once voted one of the world’s unsexiest men because of the hideous stench that allegedly follows him around. Pitt’s co-star Eli Roth said Pitt told him a little cleaning trick. “He shared that when you’re sweating and don’t have time to take a shower, you just take a baby wipe and rub it under your armpits.”
A former security guard of the actress claimed that her eco ideals resulted in an unholy odor: “Julia is a total hippie. She’ll go days without showering. She likes to save water-she’s really green. And she likes the smell of her natural oils. She also says that she can’t wash her hair too often because it’s so dry. She may have a point there, but she often gets musty.”
With all of his multi-million dollar movies and publicity events, it’s understandable that Depp may not have the time to make hygiene his first priority. Several different sources have stated that the A-list actor isn’t the biggest fan of showering and can go days without it.
Jessica Simpson isn’t a big fan of brushing her teeth. While on the Ellen show, she admitted that while she uses mouthwash and floss daily, she doesn’t brush her teeth more than three times a week. She says ” I don’t like them to feel too slippery…I’ll use a shirt or something. I know it’s gross but I always have fresh breath.”
Matthew McConaughey has said that he hasn’t worn deodorant in more than 20 years. He admitted to People magazine that he doesn’t “like to smell like someone or something else”. Apparently, if his stench gets too overwhelming, he’ll just take a shower.
Megan Fox is very public about her poor habits in the cleanliness department. In an interview with FHM talking about her label as a love symbol, the actress tried to curb the hype by saying, “I’m horrible to live with. I don’t clean. My clothes end up wherever I take them off. I forget to flush the toilet. Friends will tell me, ‘Megan, you totally pinched a loaf in my toilet and didn’t flush.'” Not so sure she’s looking like the sexiest woman in the world anymore.
Courteney’s poor hygiene didn’t seem to bother her ex-husband David Arquette. Or maybe it did? Anyway, David once said: “Courteney may be pretty, but if she’s not on top of it, she smells like a truck driver and I like it.”
Zac disputed claims that he likes to play sport and then go for days without showering. An insider said: “It’s so gross, because Zac loves to work out and plays basketball all the time and then goes days without showering. When he gets lazy, he likes to clean himself with baby wipes!”
Joan Rivers doesn’t wear deodorant. “I always spray my costumes with vodka and water,” she told The Gloss. “It’s an old Broadway trick—two-thirds water and one-third vodka, spray your armpits and you’ll never smell again.”
Cameron has sparked rumors that she smells with her numerous sweaty public appearances and by saying this: “I have a new philosophy. I always wear whatever I’m wearing, the same outfit, for four days, and then I never wear it again.”
Well, people, who are lazy to wash and are poor hygiene are everywhere even among public people and people, who make millions and billions I believe this lays in out human lazy nature or in our habits and dislikes. I am shocked about Megan Fox and how freely she speaks about not flushing the toilet even at her friends’ house. This is just disrespect I think. I would never have thought that so many sex idols were poor hygienic. I am frustrated about many of them. LOL. I am much poor, but much cleaner.)
It is hard to believe there are so many celebrities with poor hygiene habits. What really amazes me how freely they speak of it even not considering it a bad tone or a very bad reputation among their fans? On the other hand, they just become close to us, simple people, showing their true nature and real ‘I’.
Oh wow, I am shocked to read this article, Robert Pattinson, all I can say about you is “Seriously?!?” you seriously think that there is no use to wash your hair or apartment, than what is the use to wash your plate, or what is the use to eat from a clean plate if you can use someone else’s? Don’t you care about the people around you for whom it is eventually not very pleasant to be around as you stink? Wow I am amazed by people’s behavior. And Julia Roberts or Cameron Diaz about those two ladies I would never even be able to think that they are not very hygienic, although I understand Julia’s reasons for that, it is all about saving the planet, but Cameron. Like I have began I am shocked, oh wow, who could have thought.
Zac Efron, I officially admit that I am not in love with you anymore! Lol. Baby wipes really? I am a girl but even when I work out and sweat I know for sure that I need a good shower with lots of shower gel, otherwise I will stink, or I will have the feeling that I still stink, which is probably totally same thing. But I am a girl, while if a man sweats than it is really the “scent” that everyone feels, and if this scent was not showered off for a few days than I can only imagine the total gross of the situation. Zac, come on, stop ruining my childhood romantic fantasies, be a man and a go to shower!
Mmm I have a brilliant idea! I know why all of those stars are not very much into hygiene, I think it is same like for people who are doing sports. They are keeping some of their “lucky” shorts or t shirts or even underwear as they think it brings them some luck, probably same thing has happened to all of those “stinky” guys, they think that if they will wash their selves than all their mastership in performing will vanish with the water and shower gel. Well who knows maybe they are right))), I am just kidding.
