Jessica Alba: I don't want to be stay-at-home mom
After his embarrassing cameo in Seth Rogen’s This Is the End, Channing Tatum learned his lesson – not to make drunken promises.
Tatum had to dress up as a Mexican wrestler called The Gimp and get down on all fours in a scene with Danny McBride and he says he was drunk when agreed to take the job.
“Sadly that is not a body double. That is really, really, really me,” he told MTV.
“I probably had too much to drink the night that I got the email at like, three in the morning. I think they were already filming. I don’t know why I even picked it up and then I read the email and it was from Seth Rogen…
“It said, ‘Hey, I hope this isn’t insulting but we had this idea on set for a cameo. It involves you, Danny MCBride and Mexican wrestling masks and a leash.’ I think I must have been on Ambien (sedative) or drunk or something, and I was just like, ‘Yeah, I’ll do it, no problem’, and then ultimate had to actually go and do it.
“It was a terrible idea.”
Ha ha, I think it was a funky idea and he did it very well, I think next time he will triple think before not only replying the letter, but even opening it! I cannot say that I am a huge fan of Channing Tatum, in fact I would rather say that I am his anti-fan, than fan, due to all the movie he performs in. the issue is that I like smart and intelligent people, this is exactly the sort of people I usually communicate with, and I cannot understand how did it happen that practically in all the movies where he performs he is shown as a person that suffers from lack of mental activity, I think it is very disappointing, and it is surely more of a minus, than of a plus! He is supposed to think before accepting the role, and this way he will be considered in a different way by people around him.
I saw many movies with Channing Tatum, and practically in all of them he performs same type of character, not very smart but usually quite charming, this way people are not paying very much attention to his personality. Well there are this kind of people in the world that are not very intelligent but nice to be with around, besides he is a very good dancer and has a hot body, that is the reason why he will never be alone in his life, those things always were and still are attracting women. Hmm, sometimes even too many women, which I am sure is not a very pleasant fact for his wife Jenna Dewan who gave up on her carrier for the sake of their family and their child.
I guess that was the moment of an epic fail when Channing agreed to perform that cameo thing, and the worst thing is that no matter how successful he will be in the future people will keep bugging him about it. Though I can surely say that lately his carrier is going up only, and I am glad for him, as he has done a lot in order to become the person he is today. The only thing I am upset about, is that he is divorcing with his wife, I guess it is not fair, as she is the person who always was with him when he had hard times, she was supporting and helping him, and now I see the situation when he became very popular but doesn’t need her to be by his side anymore. That is a real betrayal and jerk behavior.
