If the studio agrees, we may see Channing Tatum as X-Men‘s Gambit in a spin-off movie.
The actor has revealed he would love to play the superhero in his own movie and now Lauren Shuler Donner, X-Men: Days of Future Past producer says she will try to get the studio to back it.
She told Empire magazine: ”I’m dying to do a Gambit movie with Channing Tatum. That doesn’t have to be a great big movie. It’s a thief in New Orleans, it’s a whole different story. He’s on board, and I have to get the studio on board. How can anyone resist Channing? He’s such a sweetheart.”
Channing previously admitted he loved Gambit and that he they had a lot in common. ”Gambit’s my favorite, ’cause I’m from New Orleans – or around that area, my dad’s from New Orleans No knock on Taylor Kitsch, though, because I actually like his Gambit, but I’ve always lived around Cajun people.”
Agee with the producer Channing Tantum is irresistible. Have you ever noticed how a great and definitely a handsome actor can change the movie, even if the movie is not the best? So, I believe Channing can make even a bullshit movie interesting to me. I cannot stare eyes of the screen when he is there. I am looking forward to the Gambit movie with much anticipation.
I would like to see Channing Tantum in the X men’s Gambit movie. I like all the movies with his adorable actor and would be happy to see the new movie with him. I agree to producer, he is a great actor to sell the movies with when I see this actor in the cast, I immediately buy the tickets.)
