Charlie Sheen, known now more for his incredible meltdown than any of his many notable acting performances, is set to go out on tour and make all kinds of money. He’s doing 21 dates around the country on the Charlie Sheen Live: My Violent Torpedo of Truth bla bla bla tour. The title goes on forever. Basically, you’re going to see him up there ranting and raving like the lunatic he has clearly become. It seems that instead of playing a character on a TV show he’s decided it would be more fun to make his life into a TV show and play the character of an insane person.

He stands to make roughly a quarter million dollars per show and then there’s all the merchandise that they’re pushing. He’s going to do personal appearances at parties along the way (is there anyone you’d rather party with than Charlie Sheen?) and he’s going to make all sorts of money. It’s not quite what he’d make if he were still on the television show but he seems to be having a lot more fun doing this so you can’t really blame him for heading out and going nuts.
