Chris Brown diagnosed with bipolar disorder

chris_brown As TMZ reports, Chris Brown has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and severe insomnia.

The troubled star was in court yesterday for a progress hearing in his 2009 assault case against Rihanna. A report from the rehab facility, where he has just completed 95 days of anger management therapy, has revealed Brown’s diagnosis.

Legal documents, obtained by TMZ, state: ”Mr. Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to his untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD.”

The report also says Chris was diagnosed with bipolar II as well as that he has tested negative for drugs during his stay in rehab. He has learned various relaxation exercises and is doing well, according to the document. The facility praises him for working hard and behaving well.

”Mr. Brown’s attitude has been beyond exemplary in regard to his community service responsibilities,” the report says.

I see more and more celebrities are being diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I hope that the doctors can help Chris Brown. He is a very talented young man, who has so much to offer the society to live in isolation. I help the rehab he stays at now is competent to help with his problem and that soon he will be back to normal. I know it is not an easy transformation process, but I wish Chris fastest recovery.
