After admitting he violated his probation related to the 2009 Rihanna assault case, Chris Brown was ordered to stay in a Los Angeles jail.

A Superior Court judge James R. Brandlin sentenced Chris to a year in jail on Friday, but the singer got credit for 116 days in rehab and the last 59 days he’s spent behind bars. This basically means that he has 131 days to go.

Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, says that there’s even a chance that his client could be out in 72 hours due to good behavior and jail overcrowding.

“If he isn’t out by Monday then I would expect that he’s getting special treatment,” Geragos said.

“I think Chris has learned quite a bit through this experience,” he added.

According to TMZ, Chris will now have to go to therapy sessions twice a week and submit to random drug testing three times a week.

Admitted he violated his Rihanna probation which he was to fulfill in Richmond, Va. The chief of Police there was encouraged to resign for scrutiny of his oversight concerning Chris’ absence there to fulfill his court obligation from LA . But don’t worry for the Chief Norwood, he was just named top cop at Metropolitan Washington airports authority in Washington DC. Salary, a cool $220,000.00. he made $140,000. in Richmond. Biggest winner? Chris of Chief Norwood?

Now, if we can only get this same judge (Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin) to render the appropriate and well deserved justice on Justin Bieber’s mounting cases!

I would have jailed him years ago for the way he be speaking when he be goes on television if he be doing a interview. Why he got to be talking like that? Ain’t he got any education?
