David Spade works as cashier for charity

gty_david_spade_nt_130703_ssh Funnyman David Spade spent a day at Kmart in Los Angeles on Wednesday working as a cashier. He shot a scene for Grown Ups 2 at the supermarket and then went back to the store to earn a $10,000 charity donation for the March of Dimes organization.

Before the event David said: “I get to be a cashier for a day, which will be a lot of fun. We did a big scene in the movie in Kmart so it sort of made sense to come here. They in turn are donating to the March of Dimes. They get $10,000 when I go down there and cashier it up. It’s fun for everybody and it benefits in a nice way.”
