Demi Moore on ‘divorce cleanse’ holiday

demi As the divorce is being finalized, Demi Moore took a ”divorce cleanse” holiday to find her peace.

The actress has been on a three-day trip to India with her spiritual guru Hargopal Kaur Khalsa last week and it has helped her to start thinking positively about Ashton Kutcher and their split.

A source said: ”Demi says she’s now at peace with the divorce but she felt she needed to clear her head of any negative energy. Demi now insists she is fully cleansed of Ashton and is even ready to welcome Mila into her life.”

This holiday was recommended to her by her friend Russell Brand, who did the same thing after his divorce from Katy Perry. ”Russell said it would help her gain perspective and keep her on track,” the insider added.

A source told Grazia magazine: ”It was tough for her. While she’s comfortable being alone, it was incredibly challenging not being able to interact. Demi continues to seek help for her long-term battle with drug and alcohol addiction and after she split from Ashton she fell back into an addictive trap. She’s conscious of not letting the divorce send her back into a dark place.”

Divorce is a dark moment in life of many people. I feel sad for Demi. I am happy she did this ‘divorce cleansing’ holiday and even is ready to accept Mila in her life. She should have known that marriages with great age gap not always work. Well, when we love someone, we get blind! I hope that she copes with this and overcomes her addictions. I cannot see such a beautiful and talented woman and actress abusing alcohol and taking drugs. This is something that doesn’t work for me. Still, I hope that no rehab will be needed and that her spiritual Indian guru will have to start a new positive life free of drugs, alcohol and depression.
