After Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold in a Los Angeles hospital last week, Charlie’s other ex, Denise Richards, got temporary custody of 4-year-old twins Bob and Max. The boys are Brooke and Charlie’s sons and they were taken from their mother’s home by the LA County Department of Children and Family Services since their home was deemed an unsafe environment by the Department.
A source told New York Daily News: “Brooke didn’t have a say in this. They came in, assessed the situation, asked Denise to take the boys, and Brooke agreed.” Now, Denise is hoping applying to extend custody of the boys. A source told RadarOnline.com: ”Denise isn’t required to be in court, but she plans on being there to convey to the judge how serious she is about being Bob and Max’s temporary guardian.” Reportedly Brooke hasn’t opposed this request and she actually gave her blessing.
