In an interview with People magazine, Spike Jonze, director of Her, has praised Scarlett Johansson for bringing so much life to the role of the computer which falls in love with a human.
The director thinks Scarlett is a good actress because she is not afraid to show her emotions.
He said: ”Scarlett is not afraid of revealing her pain and emotions. She’s attractive, but also smart as hell. She’s in some renaissance age, where she is pushing herself to new places. She wants to go deeper and is taking risks.”
Johansson didn’t find it difficult to get into the role of a computer. ”I can relate to her enthusiasm, her curiosity and her tenderness, those are all feelings that come from my heart too,” she added.
I like the fact that Scarlett Johansson is not only a very beautiful and gifted actress, but also a very emotional one. I am happy to hear she managed to add the emotions to the robot falling in love and this is perfectly good. I admire this actress for her beauty, exquisite taste and now plus her emotional way of acting. I praise her too.
Scarlett is simply perfect to me as a woman and as an actress. I am happy she is ‘alive’ and an emotional lady, who was able to add emotions to the robot character in the upcoming movie. I will be looking forward the release date!
Scarlett Johansson, was always surprising me with her ability to play even very difficult roles that not all the experienced Hollywood actresses would be able to perform. So I perfectly understand Spike. I think she is one of those born natural talents who are so precious and so difficult to find nowadays. I am not sure, but I think I never read any article stating that she was studying the art of performance, so if thinking according to female logics, if I never read that- then it never happened. I am just kidding. But if being serious Scarlett is one of my favorite actresses, not due to her physical appearance but due to the talent. She has been through a lot in the past few years, and a lot of women in her situation could have break down and that’s it, but not her, she managed not only to go through a painful divorce, but also to perform in a few blockbusters in the meantime.
Scarlett Johansson is not only a gorgeous woman, but also a very good actress, and I love the majority of movies she played in. If she wouldn’t be so talented, I guess than she wouldn’t be the muse of such a great and famous screenwriter and producer as Woody Allen. I guess he was that person who fully discovered Scarlett’s talent to the performing. I loved her in the movie “Vicky, Christina, Barcelona”, I guess it was very hard for her not to fall in love with Javier Bardem, as I would certainly fall in love with him for good, when I see him on the screen, than I feel how even the butterflies in my stomach have butterflies in their stomach, that sounds cute and funny but true. Javier is the rare example of full masculinity and brutal face, with a tender behavior towards his woman at the same time, awe I am craving to meet this kind of a man in my life.
I don’t know why people like Scarlett Johansson so much, and consider her as a sex symbol? Maybe she looks good know, but a few years before now she was very fat. She is not that talented, and the majority of her roles she got from Woody Allen, which brings me to the logical question in my head like why was he doing all of those things for her, maybe she is not such a good girl like we all have thought about her, hmm anyway I should be honest, I think she is not that good as she is trying to show off at all. That is probably the reason why she divorced with Ryan Reynolds, though it seemed that those two were meant to be together, while I think he was truly there for her, until the moment he realized that she was not what he was thinking of her. As about her talent, well I admit she is talented indeed, but I wouldn’t say that she is more talented than the other actresses of her age which are also Hollywood’s starlets. I heard now she is dating with some new guy and decided to google it, in order to see how he looks like, from simple curiosity, and the funny thing was that he looks like a copy of Ryan Reynolds but many years after. So probably she hasn’t forgotten her ex husband who is happily married with Blake Lively now, what goes around comes back around.
