Dwayne Johnson announced via Twitter that he is having a surgery next week. The Rock had to see the doctor because he suffered an abdominal injury. He tweeted on Sunday: “Saw my Dr who had to push my intestines back thru the tear in my abdomen. Kinda romantic. Surgery is next week. #BringItOn.”

Because of this Dwayne didn’t show up at the Hollywood premiere of his new movie Pain and Gain on Monday night. His rep hasn’t made any statements yet. The movie hits theaters this Friday. It’s an action comedy about bodybuilders who kidnap a local millionaire but their scheme goes wrong.
