Recently there have been lots of reports that suggest that Gwyneth Paltrow makes her children stick to specific diet plan free of dairy and carbs. The actress says these rumors are not true and that her kids are normal and they eat regular food.
Gwyneth’s eating habits have become an intriguing subject because of her recently published cookbook It’s All Good. There she reveals her recipe for losing weight by avoiding gluten, dairy and sugar. Some believe that the actress imposes the same regiment on her husband and children.
She appeared on Dr. Oz and explained that she allows her kids snacks which include junk food. “I don’t know where they get some of this stuff! They say I don’t give my kids carbs, and I’m feeding them seaweed … I have no idea. But they eat Oreos, too, and they’re normal kids,” she said. Gwyneth also mentioned that her son has problems with eczema. She explained: “My son has very bad eczema and he’s allergic to gluten and he’s allergic to cow dairy. I try, at home, to make everything gluten-free for him because the difference in his comfort is unbelievable when he’s sticking to what he’s meant to be eating.”
