Kanye West settles assault case

da102332 Earlier this month, Kanye West was investigated by the Beverly Hills Police for allegedly assaulting an 18-year-old man at a chiropractor’s office.

The rapper was accused of beating an unidentified man in the waiting room of a chiropractor’s office after the youth hurled racial slurs at his fiancée, Kim Kardashian, and has now settled the case out of court.

He has reportedly settled a lawsuit with a teenager for more than $250,000.

A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the alleged victim has agreed to the civil settlement despite initially demanding a much larger six-figure sum and no longer wants to move forward with a criminal prosecution.

Well, money solves much in this world. If not the money and popular as Kanye would have been in the jail already! He is just too emotional and cruel. Still the man, who insulted his fiancé didn’t do a great thing. I wonder why people in this world are so angry and stick to violence? It is easier, better and more positive to caring love, peace and happiness, rather than ruin the stuff around you.

So what’s the problem, Kanye did what he was supposed to do, a young stupid idiot has insulted his wife in front of him, just like that, for no possible reason, just for fun. Of course Kanye knocked him, every normal man would do the same thing, otherwise he would be ashamed, and I am not sure his wife would have ever look at him after same as she did before the incident. He did what he had to do, and paid quite a lot for it, I think that imbecile who insulted Kim Kardashian has done it for reason, he simply wanted to get some money from Kim and Kanye, so even if he was supposed to be kicked by West, he didn’t care, the result mattered most of all for him. It is a shame that it happened to Kanye, as it affected a bit his carrier, but anyway people who truly love and respect him, would never change their attitude towards him because of that.

I cannot say that kim Kardashian, hav the best possible behavior ever, but I can say for sure, that no matter what she is doing no one has the right to insult her in public. We all have our opinion because we are individuals, but it doesn’t mean we are supposed to expose it everywhere, especially considering the fact that it does hurt people, and it is offending. So of course that young man who insulted Kim, was not right and got what he deserved from Kanye’s side. The only thing I feel sorry for her, that Kanye West has to go through so many hard times in the court, though he did the right thing. So how is he supposed to be defending himself if defending means recognizing that he was wrong, while doing that means going against all the principles of morality that he has in his head. I feel sorry for the dorks like that guy who are creating problems for normal and decent people like Kanye, due to their “long” tongue, and are not only not properly punished for it, but also are getting huge money.

There cannot be any other opinion except the one that Kanye West did the right thing when he pouched that guy. As he was defending his wife dignity, there is nothing more decent and right than that. Besides assaulting the woman you don’t even know and never talked with, or saw her doing some bad stuff you are “accusing” her, in public especially is not only not polite, but also rude and intolerable. I wish people like that guy were getting some time in the jail for something like that, maybe that would have taught them that there are normal things, and there are ones that you just cannot do no matter how much you want that, as this is exactly why we, people, are called the most intelligent specie in the universe, for the ability to think before proceeding, and when we do not think at all and simply proceed we are acting like animals.
