Kate Hudson: I’ll eat anything

86th Annual Academy Awards - Arrivals

When it comes to food, Kate Hudson doesn’t like to limit herself in any way. She eats whatever she wants and is always willing to try new things, no matter how crazy they might be.

”I’ll eat anything. There is nothing that I won’t try. I’ll try anything, as crazy as it is,” she says.

However, in order to stay in good shape, the 34-year-old star works out six days a week. She believes that firm body and nice figure are down to breaking ”a sweat six days a week” and she always finds time for physical activity, even though it can be challenging for a woman who has to juggle career and two kids.

Speaking to The Zoe Report, Kate said: ”My rule is to try and break a sweat six days a week, whether through an intense workout or running around with the kids. I just try to break a sweat. I believe that with anything in life, you need motivation. The one thing that women always talk about is how they’d like to find time for themselves to make themselves happy. Being active can be challenging, but it’s one of the greatest health benefits.”

Years ago I read that Kate had been extremely saddened by her childhood- being swept aside and ignored a lot. I am sorry that perhaps she has turned to promiscuity to get the attention she never got. I think she is talented and lonely.

Well, she certainly will mount anything with three legs. I wonder when the sleep around is going to kick that milquetoast she’s married to the curb. Why exactly is she famous again? Oh, yeah.. Goldie’s spoiled brat. Can’t act to save herself.

Awe I adore Kate Hudson, as well as her mother Goldie Hawn and her step father Kurt Russell. Kate is just perfect in everything she does. Most of all I like about her the fact that somehow she always manages to stay positive and by being in a great mood all the time, she is able to lighten the atmosphere anywhere she goes, I find that just amazing. I am wondering where she is gathering all the energy that she is spreading on her husband, their children as well as on her carrier, and with all those things she also finds time for the gym. I think she really is a great example, and now I truly am ashamed with the fact that I am not attending the gym anytime I do have the possibility, but find thousands of excuses in order not to go there. I think I need to make Kate Hudson and her amazing body my source of inspiration right now.

I think it is pretty hard to stay not in the perfect fit considering the fact of having such a perfect genes, as Kate Hudson does. I envy women who have such gorgeous bodies and do not even have to do a lot in order to keep them that way, it is Kate’s initiative to work out six days per week, but honestly speaking her body type is not requiring her to do so. I think I would give up on half of my life in order to have same body type and for the ability not to do too many things in order to stay in good shape. I envy her, but in a good way, as I think she truly deserves everything that she has in her life, she worked her a** out in order to have everything she does have today.

Good job Kate Hudson, I always admired her talent in the movies, but now ii understand that she is much more than all the roles that she has performed. She is the ideal mixture of mischievous smile and character, but at the same time of the positive kindness and care about people. I think that she is an ideal woman for any man in the world, she is successful enough in her carrier, has a great body, everyone loves spending time with her, but at the same time she is a woman for only one special man whom would be lucky enough in order to be chosen by her.
