Joan Rivers still in coma
Recent reports suggested that Katie Holmes and Jason Segel have been dating after meeting on the set of How I Met Your Mother, but it turns out they were wrong.
Katie’s representative Leslie Sloane has denied the rumors, saying: “The story is completely untrue. The two have not spoken since she appeared on How I Met Your Mother.”
Holmes and Segel first met when she appeared as a guest star on the sitcom in 2011 and several reports said that they started a romance few weeks ago.
A source told Star magazine: “They’re having a great time together. He’s eager to start a family. Katie is so smitten that she thinks he may be the one.”
It was even stated that Jason had developed a strong bond with Katie’s eight-year-old daughter Suri.
Before Segel, Katie was also linked to Jamie Foxx, but those rumors were denied as well.
It has been almost two years since Katie Holmes left her “stifling” marriage and I think she is just enjoying her freedom. Unless you have been married to someone who is demanding and domineering, you can’t imagine how good it feels when the relationship is over and you have freedom from the helicopter husband. I was in a a relationship like that for many years before I got the courage to leave. I was a man-hater for a long time after we divorced, but then a loving, sincere, gentle man came into my life and changed my attitude. I don’t think Katie Homes has found that gentle soul yet.
They sound like a mismatch on paper, but I would have said the same thing about him & Michelle Williams and they were a really cute couple.
I thought he was married? I watched The Actors Guild a couple of weeks ago and he was wearing a wedding ring…..They were talking about new episodes/season of How I Met Your Mother…..Hmmmmm
Well why it is so hard just leaving poor Katie Holmes alone in order to rebuild her life from the pieces left, Tom Cruise has taken too many things from her. Before meeting him, she was a merry girl, who was happy with the life that she had, in absolutely all of the interviews she was appearing, or in all the pictures she was happily smiling. And now what, all I can see is a grown up woman, who is too serious and has too many troubles in her mind in order to relax for a little bit and enjoy life the way it is. I am sorry for her being in this situation. She looks so depressed, like there is no way out from the situation she is in, right now. That’s a pity, because she really has a lot of reasons to be happy about, and the main one is her daughter Suri.
Hmm, I am wondering when they will finally leave her alone and stop linking her to different men. Katie Holmes is a decent woman, and she is perfectly aware of the fact that now she cannot start an affair or relationship without considering all the pluses and minuses of it. Mostly it is due to the fact that now she is responsible not only for herself, but also for her baby daughter, who constantly needs her help, and her being by her side. So the more Suri will grow up, the harder it will be for Katie to find some man, as she will keep thinking at the beginning that she is not ready for it, later she will think that Suri is not ready, and by the time they both will be ready, it will be already too late, as more than half of the life have passed.
Dating with him? Why not? He seems to be an attractive man, while Katie Holmes is a very attractive woman, she was cute before she met Tom, but after she born Suri, she became even more beautiful, she gained a sort of chic that she didn’t have before. I think it is about the time to find a handsome man, and start going out, Suri will go to school soon, so she doesn’t need her mom to chase her around on the constant basis, she can do well even without that, so it is the time to move on, especially considering the fact that this is exactly what Tom has done, he continued his life, without thinking about Katie’s feelings, so she should do the same.
