Katie Holmes is still single, or, at least, she is not dating movie producer Rick Schwartz. Her rep said that the rumor about their romance is not true. The representative also said that the actress and the producer did meet but it was just a business meeting.

Earlier this week, Showbiz Spy website wrote that Katie and Rick went on a date. The site reported that, according to their source “the pair were spotted at Lure Fishbar.” They also wrote: “Katie looked relaxed and beautiful. The two were laughing and flirting.” One thing is for sure – she seems quite happy these days and looks better than ever.
