A year after the proposal, Kelly Osbourne and chef Matthew Mosshart called off the engagement.
A representative for Osbourne has confirmed the news, saying the split was amicable.
“The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another,” the rep said in a statement. “Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don’t expect it.”
The couple met in 2011 and got engaged during a romantic Anguilla holiday just last summer.

I am happy the couple has split amicably and they have remained best friends these days not willing to make the reason of their split official. I respect when people keep privacy of their relationship. This is life and we fall in love, engage and marry and split and divorce and fall out of life. It is just sad that beautiful moments end, but they open a way to the new events in our life.
