2013 was a turbulent year for Khloe Kardashian.
After going through some personal struggles, the reality star decided to end her marriage with Lamar Odom and officially filed for divorce on December 13. Now she is ready for a fresh start.
“I love the New Year, new beginnings, I need a good fresh start; I’m excited for this year to be over with,” Khloe says in the February issue of Cosmopolitan UK. “You only live once so let’s make that one time perfect. We can’t fix our mistakes and imperfections, so let’s have fun. You get what you give out in life.”
The Kardashian sister, however, claims she has no regrets.
“I don’t regret anything about my life,” she adds. “My life has made me who I am at this moment, and I’m very happy with who I am. No matter if it’s great, disgusting, beautiful or ugly, it happens and it makes you you. Life is about how you process things.”
Wow! I, honestly, didn’t expect such great words from Khloe Kardashian before the New Year’s Eve. Yes, I like New Year’s too as it is a hope for the new life, for the new start. Indeed, we cannot get back in time and never do the same mistakes again, but namely our past and our experiences made us what awe are now. I do not regret anything in my life as well, as if not this experience, I am not sure what personality I would be like. I am very comfortable with myself, but as everyone, I have my imperfections, so let’s improve what we can and get content with what is not possible to change and simply enjoy life! Have fun!
I am happy Khloe is ready for the new beginning. Besides, it is New Year – new life! So, why not? I hope her divorce is the first step for the new life, for the new beautiful romantic story in her life and a new love. They say when it hurts, then something really great is going to happen to you soon. So, I hope Khloe meets the man of her dreams in 2014, as she is so optimistic and hopeful about her future! I would be too if I was such a beautiful lady, but I am not.)))
