Kristin Cavallari arrested and bailed over driver’s license

kristin-cavallari Former Hills star Kristin Cavallari was taken to a local police station in Chicago, Illinois on Friday morning and forced to pay $120 because she doesn’t have a valid license to drive in the state.

The state law says that new residents are required to attain an Illinois driving license within 90 days of moving there, but Kristin insists she isn’t a permanent resident and therefore isn’t subject to the law. She tweeted: ”Who knew having a California driver’s license in Illinois was a CRIME to be escorted to the police station to post bail?!! What a morning … FYI…I still have an apartment in LA so I’m a resident of California.”
