As previously reported, Lea Michele is shocked that her boyfriend Cory Monteith died of drug overdose. The actress is now trying to figure out what happened and why Cory started doing drugs again. She is asking his friends about the last few days before his death.

A source said: “Lea is trying to talk to the people who last saw him. She wants to know what happened, she wants to understand.”

Lea is absolutely devastated and is in no condition to be seen in public. ”It still doesn’t feel real for her and she’s just taking it day by day, minute by minute. She feels like she may never find someone to love her the way Cory did,” the close friend of the couple says. “She runs scenarios over and over again in her head, trying to figure out, could she have helped him? Could she have saved him?”
