Liam Hemsworth has suffered an injury on set of Hunger Games: Mockingjay 2 in Berlin over the weekend.
The Australian star, who plays Gale in the movie series, was spotted limping and seemed to have hurt his right ankle. The incident reportedly happened on Friday (May 23), causing filming to stop on Saturday (May 24). Production resumed yesterday.
E! News reports Liam hurt himself by kicking a styrofoam stone dummy, but that has yet to be confirmed.
Liam and his co-stars Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson have suffered number of various injuries while working on Hunger Game movies. Hutcherson recently revealed that he suffered a concussion after being kicked in the head by Lawrence.
He said: ”The only time I got hurt was when I got kicked in the side of the head by Jennifer. We were hanging out and she was like, ‘I can kick over your head’, and I was like, ‘No way.’ She said, ‘Watch!’ But then she kicked me right in the temple.
”She felt so bad. She was crying. I’ve had a couple of concussions before so I knew what it feels like when it happens. We had to have a neurologist come in. It ended up being a very mild concussion, but still, it was a concussion.”
