Liam Neeson is in talks to star in a drama movie Highwaymen. The film tells the story about the Texas rangers who tracked and shot down Bonnie and Clyde – the infamous robbers. The plot focuses on lawman Frank Hamer (that will probably be played by Neeson). Hamer was asked by a consortium of banks to track down Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow who were robbing banks in the 1930s. Hamer and his team managed to track the two down and stop them for good.

The project will be directed by John Lee Hancock and filming is set to start in 2014.
