Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts teaching sons to be generous

liev-schreiber-naomi-watts-new-york-premiere-_3799993 In an interview with the New York Post, Liev Schreiber explained how he and Naomi Watts are teaching their two sons to be charitable.

They want to make sure their boys realize how privileged they are by taking them to homeless shelters to play with other children.

Leiv said: ”This time of year — now that I have two small kids — we’re finding ways to teach them about generosity and compassion. Naomi recently took the boys up to the homeless charity Association to Benefit Children in Harlem, and they basically got to play with the kids for two hours and it was amazing. To do things like this, particularly when they’re related to kids, as we say in the Jewish faith is a ‘mitzvah.’ ”

”I told them, ‘We’re going to get our stuff together . . . we’re going to give homeless children some clothes. And going to give some of our toys,’ and they immediately flipped out, exclaiming, ‘Our toys!’ But they had such a great time playing, they wanted to go back every week,” Schreiber added.

Live and Naomi are doing the great thing! They educate their kids the right way. I hope their sons will grow up realizing who privileged and blessed and lucky they are and would be able to help people in need when they grow up and do the charity. Life makes much sense when you are giving and helping others. I am happy that many modern actors do charity, tale part in humanitarian trips and organizations and provide and example to their kids raising them for the better future.
