Troubled young actress/tabloid mainstay Lindsay Lohan was recently arrested for stealing an expensive necklace. Why she would do that when she is wealthy is another question entirely. Now the matter of jail time has surfaced. How much time will she have to do? Will she do any at all? Sources say that she’s going to be spending at least a little while in jail, perhaps a long time. Remember, she’s on parole from previous incidents and the justice system doesn’t take kindly to people flaunting their parole as brazenly as she has. She’s kind of making a mockery of the whole situation.
Reports are that the blonde is considering a plea deal instead of going to trial over the grand theft charge. The plea is for three months and with good behavior she could be out in 19 days. That’s a fair amount of time for a girl like her to spend in jail but she did commit a fairly major crime so she can’t expect to get off without doing any time (actually, she probably expects that very thing but we all know it’s a pipe dream). If she loses at trial she might have to go to a real jail where things are not so nice.
