Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale is eager to help young women who have body issues.
The 24-year-old actress recently admitted to having self-esteem problems and eating disorder in the past and now she is happy that she has conquered her struggles and wants to help other girls with same issues.
She told E! News: “If I can help one person, that’s awesome, you know? I’m just a normal girl, and everyone has issues. I’m just happy if it helps somebody.”
Today Lucy is a healthy young woman, pleased with her looks and she shared some of her secrets to staying in good shape.
“I like to run and I work out with a great trainer sometimes. I recently got into hot yoga…which was, up until a few months ago, like, forbidden! I hate the heat, but having to stand still and relax has been really good for me,” the actress said. Hot yoga seems to be a big hit in Hollywood these days since stars like Nina Dobrev and Vanessa Hudgens love it as well.
Even though she is committed to regular exercise, Lucy still enjoys her favorite food. “I enjoy exercise, I’m lucky in that sense… but I love food just as much as I love working out! It’s kind of a good balance,” she said.
Lucy Hale is a very beautiful actress, young and prefect shape. I like her commons sense and equilibrium between eating what she likes and exercising. Not more starving skeletons. Women should eat normally, but train to stay fit and tight to remain hot and sexy. Besides it is cool when you can afford eating what you like and take control over your body.
