Demi Lovato feels body confident thanks to Kim Kardashian
On June 6, Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas announced that they were divorcing. The couple were married for 18 years, but they have reportedly been having marital issues for a long time.
They tried to work on their relationship because of their 17-year-old daughter and because of Antonio’s strong Catholic beliefs but finally decided to call it quits.
A source told the New York Post’s Page Six column: ”Melanie and Antonio have had issues for a long time. They used to be so affectionate with each other, but more recently they’ve been drifting apart.”
Another insider added: ”There’s been an arrangement in their marriage, for some time, to stay together despite their problems, because of the children and his Antonio’s Catholic religious beliefs. They have worked hard to keep this split as amicable as possible.”
Griffith and Banderas started their romance on the set of their 1995 film Two Much and got married in 1996.
For me it is not surprise at all that Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith have drifted apart from each other, actually i think that it was never meant for them to be together. They have such a huge age difference, in which Antonio is much younger. at the time when he just started his relationship with her i already was not able to understand why, he was one of the most wanted bachelors in Hollywood he could had any actress as his wife in life. For God’s sake he could date Catherine Zeta Johnes but he chosen the woman who already looked not very young, and whose carrier was already far away from a succesful one.
Here is the moment when i am dancing my happy hobbit dance! Yayy. I am so happy they finally divorce, as they never looked like a cute and right for each other couple! I think it is mostly because of her, Melanie was never good enough for the hot and spicy Antonio. And something tells me that after their divorce he won’t be single for a too long time, as there will be a huge row of women dreaming to be with him, and for sure he will make a right choice, he better, as making same mistake the second time in his life would certainly be an epic fail that he will not be able to go through very easily. And there is a very important issue regarding the religion issues. So it will not be that easy for him as he thinks.
I never believed in love they were trying to show off on each and every event they were attending, there always was something fake in the way they were telling in public to each other abput their love towards each other, for me that looked like a well planned theater performance, that is why i am not surprised at all to see that their marriage has come to the logical end. The great thing about it is that their daughter is old enough in order to go normally through the situation without panicking or hysterical behavior. I am wondering who will be the next woman of his heart? Hopefully it will be someone of his age at least, or much younger.
