Despite the last week’s separation announcement, Michael Douglas insists that there’s no big crisis in his marriage. The actor says that he and Catherine Zeta-Jones are fine and they are simply having a ”temporary separation”.

Douglas is currently at the Berlin Film Festival in Germany, promoting his new film Behind the Candelabra and has told the reporters that things are “fine” between his wife and him. Talking to the press at the premiere of his new film he said: ”I have a crisis at home? No … We, we are fine. My wife and I are, are fine. We take a temporary separation, but the press, it gives you stuff to write about.”
