Appearing on Ellen DeGeneres Show, Miley Cyrus finally broke the silence on her split Liam Hemsworth.

“So the last time you were here I threw you an engagement party,” Ellen said. The 20 year-old replied, “Do you want your money back?”

“I want my money back”, Ellen joked, “I sent you, like, strippers. You enjoyed it.”

“I should’ve kept one of those dudes’ numbers,” Cyrus said.

DeGeneres then asked the singer if it’s been uncomfortable getting all the media attention surrounding the break up. “It’s not really as awkward because I’m living it,” Miley explained. “So I think people spend more time actually thinking about it then I really do. I just believe when a chapter is done you have to close it and start that new one. That’s kind of where I am right now. I felt like I have so much to be thankful for at this time that my energy hasn’t really been focused on that.”

The ‘Wrecking Ball’ hitmaker also added: “You know for me I really haven’t gotten to see anyone right now. Cause I’ve been so crazy busy. I’m just letting that chapter kind of close and just looking forward to that new one.”
