Sally Ferreira, a model who appeared in 50 Cent’s music video Big Rich Town, has filed an $11 million lawsuit against the rapper, claiming he has caused her emotional distress and ruined her career by branding her a ”thirsty video b**ch” on Instagram.
The model says 50 Cent has been spreading false stories about her, including that she leaked pictures from the music shoot.
He tweeted on March 27: ”WARNING: Do not attempt to work with this thirsty Video b**** [Her name is Sally Ferreira and she’s a model…] she sent photos Of the video shoot to Mediatakeout Saying I’m in a relationship Withher Cananyone say RESHOOT.”
Now Ferreira has decided to take legal action. The complaint, obtained by the New York Daily News, she says: ”Before the defamatory posting, Ms. Ferreira was working on three separate entertainment industry projects and enjoyed a good reputation in the industry.
”As a direct and proximate result of the defamatory posting and the subsequent media fallout and negative publicity surrounding Ms. Ferreira, as of the date of this filing, all three projects have been put indefinitely on hold.
”Moreover, as a direct and proximate result of Mr. Jackson’s actions, Ms. Ferreira has been subjected to harsh and hurtful comments about her profession, character, and appearance, causing her severe emotional distress.”
This woman shouldn’t be in music videos in the first place. Her face is atrocious. She should’ve been grateful she was even able to be a part of a superstar like 50 cent’s music video. She is a dirty gold digger and she proved it by trying to sue him for $11 million. She claims she’s been in a committed relationship with a man for 9 years while working as a model and ”dancer”, please give me a break sweetheart. She knows she’s been cheating on that moron right and left with men in the industry and nightclubs. She would leave her loser boyfriend in a heartbeat if 50 would’ve made her his girl. 50 has a right to say whatever he wants, its his opinion and he has a right to speak his mind without having to be sued.
She is a model. She’s defamed. She wants $5 million. Calling oneself a model when one is not in the top ranks, e.g.,Bundchen, Klum, Brinkley, Moss, Refaeli, invites ridicule because one is no more than a glorified harlot!
50 Cent’s outrage (whether excessive or not) was over this woman posting a photograph taken on a closed set during a break in production from a music video not yet released. She might have broken a provision in her contract, or at the very least industry custom. He probably doesn’t like the surprised look on his face in the photo. NYDN’s observation that the photo was taken by third parties is not exactly profound; Ferreira is in the photo and it’s obviously not a “selfie”. All she had to do was use some common sense and courtesy and ask 50 Cent if he minded her posting the photo that was taken in private, not public. She won’t get a dime.
