Movie stars with college degrees

In May this year America Ferrera graduated from USC. She wrote that day: “It’s finally happening! Took me 10 years, but it feels great.” Just a few days later Eva Longoria got her master’s degree in Chicano studies from California State University, Northridge. She adds the degree to her bachelor of science in kinesiology, which she received while at Texas A&M University-Kingsville before heading to Hollywood. But these ladies are not the only celebrities who are educated. Let’s see who went to college.

Jennifer Garner

Jennifer began college as a chemistry major at Ohio’s Denison University; however, she made the smart decision to switch her major to drama, which she earned a BA in.

25-year-old “Sixth Sense” star graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2010.

Amy Poehler

Mira attended Harvard and graduated with a degree in East Asian studies.

A native South Carolinian, Mary-Louise stayed close to home when she studied drama at the North Carolina School of the Arts. She graduated, got her start in soap operas, and then went on to higher things.
