44-year-old Naomi Watts revealed that she never wears red on the red carpet and the reason behind it is that she thinks it makes her look trashy. ”I won’t wear red on the red carpet … I just never think blondes look good in red. I think it’s good for dark haired girls and dark skinned girls. But for some reason, I always feel like I look trashy in it”, were her exact words. Interesting point of view, especially having in mind that lots of famous blondes don’t mind wearing red. Still, the actress did appear in a red outfit recently but she has an explanation: ”It wasn’t fire engine red. At the Globes I wore burgundy or plum. That wasn’t red.”

Watts also spoke about plastic surgery, saying that she’s not a fan of it because it would limit her future jobs as an actress. She also said that she doesn’t judge people who opt for that kind of beauty treatments and she doesn’t completely reject the possibility of doing it herself someday but that she’s not planning anything like that anytime soon. ”Most of the characters I play are going through some kind of emotional turmoil, so my job requires me to have expression”, Naomi said.
