Jessica Alba: I don't want to be stay-at-home mom
Hart of Dixie star Rachel Bilson is expecting her first child with longtime boyfriend Hayden Christensen, Us Weekly reports.
Rachel and Hayden have been dating since 2007. The couple got engaged in 2008. They briefly split in August 2010 after calling off their engagement but reconciled just three months later.
A source, close to the couple, told Us Weekly magazine: ”They’ve both talked about this for a while and are so excited. Everyone is beyond thrilled for them.”
”They will make wonderful, hands-on parents,” the insider added.
In an interview with the June issue of Health Magazine, Bilson shared her thoughts on starting a family.
“To start a family would be good, any year in the next few years,” she told the magazine. “I’ve always wanted to be a mom. I have always wanted kids. I can just see this little toddler waddling around the house.”
Speaking about her fiancé, Rachel said: “He’s so incredibly supportive and considerate. I’ve been in my relationship for seven years, so we’ve grown up together in a way. This is my partner, my support, just there for me no matter what. And vice versa.”
