Speaking for the Vogue magazine, Rihanna has revealed that international fame wasn’t her life goal.
The singer, who became very successful at young age, says the one thing that has ever been important to her is music.
“I did sing a lot as a child. A lot. I practiced hard to maneuver my voice. I love singing. I love it, and it doesn’t feel like a chore. It’s an expression,” she said. “I never wanted to be famous. I just wanted my music to be heard all over the world. Then it happened and the fame came with it. I can’t ever imagine feeling used to it.”
Such a beautiful girl, such a beautiful story, such a wonderful voice! When you do what you really enjoy and give yourself 100% to it, then you get rewarded above your expectations. Rihanna has never wanted a world fame, but her love and dedication to the music brought her to the stage we all know about her and she has collected many fans from all over the world. That is why, people who think of the fame, relax, take it easy and dedicate yourself to your favorite deed. One day you will wake up famous.
I think it is bullshit and Rihanna is obviously lying to the entire society that is surrounding her, as well as to herself. Of course she knew and was perfectly realizing that if the entire world will hear her music than she would obviously become very famous, and of course she did it on purpose. I guess stars lately are not that preoccupied with fame as they are worried of the circumstances that fame is bringing to them, such as they are not able to go for a simple walk without having a lot of makeup and looking good as they might be spotted anytime, and the pictures where they do not look very good might be sold for a very good price, as well as they can affect the entire carrier. Not to mention the fact how unpleasant it is when everyone is discussing the theme how bad you look, and start their own conclusions about it, such as: probably she is depressed, or broke up with new boyfriend or even worse something like drugs or alcohol. I hate when media is making up something about stars which is not being based on anything, I think it is disgusting, and media should check more careful the facts, before printing them, that would make the stars more opened to the society, and much happier I guess.
I feel sorry for the poor Rihanna, she doesn’t even understand how stupid her words sound, I never thought that deep down in her soul she is a “blondy” as she always seemed to be such a smart woman to me, but now I do realize that it is probably the fake image that she has created, or her agents have created it for her. And I do not really like that, as I feel myself as I have been fooled. I guess she is a silly girl, and a simple one, because she goes through same sufferings as every other ordinary girl goes through. She really went through a lot, I remember her pictures where she was beaten by Chris Brown, I can only imagine what would have happened if she wouldn’t escape, probably he would kill her. I do not understand what is dwelling men, and how can they be so aggressive towards the women they love, as he mentioned not ones in all of his interviews that he loves her. And how stupid can a girl be in order to return to this kind of man in a few years, and start a relationship with him right from the beginning? People never change, and this is the truth I have learnt many, many years ago, no matter how many chances you are giving to them they don’t change, the only changes that might happen are the ones for the worse side.
Rihanna is just a poor and innocent girl who never grew up from being a little girl with huge dreams. I am sure that she always dreamed of becoming a famous person as every girl dreams of becoming a singer or an actress or ballerina, same as every boy dreams of becoming a cop or cosmonaut. I guess she is just playing silly or tries to stay modest, but she doesn’t really mean what she says. Probably what she really meant is that she never wanted or dreamed of being chased by millions of reporters, who do not give many chances to a star for a private life. I do understand why there are many times when stars are punching the photographers, as it is really irritating not to be able to do anything without being photographed while doing that, I think I would die if something like that were to happen with me. So I guess that is the opposite side of a coin for a star. From one side you win, and from the other one you lose as you need to agree with the things you don’t really like, and the reporters in a variety of cases look like dogs that there not fed for quite a significant amount of time. They really made some hard times to Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and their favorite Lindsay Lohan whose reputation of a good girl is lost forever.
