You probably remember him as Stifler from the hit movies American Pie but he’s been in dozens of other movies through the years, largely playing the same sort of character. He’s a goofball who can’t really get it together, seems like he might erupt in violence at any second, and is generally a good guy. Now Seann William Scott has checked himself into rehab for reasons that have not really been disclosed. Who knows why he’s in there! All they said was that he’s in rehab to address health and personal issues.

Perhaps he has a drinking problem that’s gotten out of hand and made him hard to employ. Perhaps he’s just burnt out from working too much. Perhaps Stifler likes to snort cocaine of the asses of hookers. Did you know he slept with Jessica Simpson way back before she put on a bunch of weight and turned into a weirdly rotund girl? Hell yeah! The dude has led a terrific life since breaking out in the American Pie movies and he still has plenty of roles booked so chances are good life will go on for him. In fact, chances are good he’ll go right back to using whatever he’s using that put him in rehab in the first place. It’s just how things work for celebs.
