Joan Rivers still in coma
A 19-year-old man accused of trespassing on Selena Gomez‘s California property last month has been sentenced to three months in jail.
Juan Garcia, who was arrested outside the singer’s home on January 25, was convicted after pleading no contest to the charge in court yesterday (February 7) and sentenced to 120 days in Los Angeles County Jail.
He was also placed on three years probation and told to stay at least 150 yards away from Gomez and her pad for the duration of his punishment.
It is not known if Selena, who spent two weeks in rehab in January, was at home at the time of the incident.
I am happy that Selena’s trespasser is punished. I am sure this will help to improve his attitude and behavior. I am glad Selena haven’t suffered with the deeds of this man. I know there are many crazy fans and people, who simply want to kill celebrities. Unfortunately, fame has another side of the coin too – it is not only a pleasant thing, but a heavy burden and requires a well-thought security measure. I hope when Selena is out of rehab she will reconsider her alarm system ad body guards.
