Jessica Alba: I don't want to be stay-at-home mom
Speaking to Complex magazine for their January issue, 20-year-old singer/actress Ariana Grande described an unusual encounter with the supernatural. She claims she has recently had a ghost/demon experience and it’s one spooky story. But what’s even more interesting, Ariana is not the first star to open up about such experiences. Here are some more celebrity ghost stories.
Miley Cyrus believes that the London apartment she once rented for a family vacation was haunted. “It was seriously so terrifying. It used to be an old bakery and they turned it into an apartment building, and I was having really crazy dreams and really scary things,” Cyrus revealed to Elle magazine. “One night my little sister, it sounds crazy to tell you, but, she was standing in the shower and all of a sudden I hear her scream. I run in there and the water had somehow flipped to hot but it was still… It wasn’t like the water had just changed, the knob had turned but she hadn’t turned it and it was burning her. She was really red.” The singer also claims she saw a little boy watching her while she was in the shower. “He was sitting on the sink watching me take a shower so I felt really freaked out,” Cyrus said. “I was sitting there the next night and maybe I’m crazy, but I could have sworn I could see this little boy sitting there on the sink, kicking his feet.”
Reeves is traumatized for life after seeing this vision as a child. He said: “I was living in New Jersey when I saw and felt this ghost. I remember just staring at this suit which had no body or legs in it as it came into the room before disappearing… It was a double-breasted suit in white, and I looked at my nanny who was just as shocked as me. I just couldn’t get back to sleep afterward, and I still see the figure in my dreams and nightmares.”
Demi Lovato confessed her ghostly encounters on the “Mack at Nite” radio show. “I saw a little girl, and she was dressed like she was from the 1800s. And she was just standing in my closet,” Lovato said, adding that, as a child, she was once caught by her mother talking to a littler girl in an old photograph.
Cage revealed that as a kid he downright refused to sleep over at his uncle’s house. The reason? Cage once saw a ghost in the attic of the house.
“I’ve seen ghosts plenty of times,” Hudson said on one of the DVD extras for her 2005 horror movie “The Skeleton Key.” “I’ve seen a ghost of a woman with no face, and that was really creepy. Another time, my grandmother came to me and I woke up and felt amazing that she was around me.”
Former Hollywood couple Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke haven’t spoken very much about their past experiences with ghosts, but have revealed that they were unable to stay in their Sneden’s Landing, N.Y. home because of terrifying supernatural happenings.
After one devastating year (she was fired from her job and her husband committed suicide), Rivers decided to leave Los Angeles and move to New York. She bought an apartment in an ancient, broken down building. Rivers recalls a hot August night when she woke up out of her sleep and walked in to her ice cold apartment. She saw strange writings and pornographic pictures drawn on the walls. Scared, Rivers went to speak to the landlord about the incident. He told her that Mrs. Spencer, the woman who used to own the apartment, often comes back to haunt the residents of the building. Rivers says her dog would not enter the apartment. She eventually called a voodoo priestess from New Orleans who exorcised the spirit from the apartment.
McConaughey believes the ghost of an old woman, who he has nicknamed Madame Blue, haunts his California home. “When I first moved in, I had a tent and I put it up on the floor of the upstairs bedroom with my sleeping bag and my dog. That’s when I first saw Madame Blue. The first night I’m hearing noises, I’m hearing bass sounds, wood moving and coyotes … So, I get up out of the tent with my dog Miss Hud and I’m running around buck naked and I’ve got a bat so I’m gonna go and investigate. I go downstairs and there’s nothing there. I now know it was here because I have seen her since. She has no qualms with me. We get along just fine,” McConaughey told the U.K. Sun. “She’s a cool ghost. Maybe me being nude all the time is why we get along!”
Actress Halle Berry said that while she was preparing for the Dorothy Dandridge movie, the late actress’ ghost started coming around. Berry said one night she heard plastic rustling from a dress that Dandridge once wore when she was preparing for bed. Berry was the only one home.
I wonder what these stars are smoking? )) Hehehe! Well, I have never come across anything like that, so I have no spooky stories to be told and I doubt I would ever want to come across anything like that. This would be very unpleasant to experience in real life, at least for me. I am not a ghost hunter myself, this is for sure.
