United Talent Agency has sued Scrubs star Donald Faison for failing to pay the agency the 10 per cent commission for starring in the famous medical sitcom. The executives at the agency say that they got him the role in the show and negotiated his fee of $75,356 per episode and according to the contract they made with the actor he was obliged to pay them the commission but he stopped doing that during the final 2 seasons. “Faison has not only turned his back on the people that helped slingshot his career, but on his contractual obligations to those people,” the complaint states.
