Taylor Momsen seems like another young actress not quite handling fame as well as she could. Check out the picture above and guess where she wore it. It would make some sense if she was going to a club or some sort of show (she does some pretty horrible warbling for a punk/rock type of band), even though it would still be inappropriate for a 17 year old. However, she wore that to the premiere of the Justin Bieber movie, which is primarily aimed at teens and younger. Now that’s just stilly.

The outfit features stockings, shiny black panties, and a corset. It’s basically lingerie, not something you wear to a premiere. The eye makeup is thick too. You have to wonder where her parents are on this one. I know her image is of the young rebel and all that crap, but this seems insane. It’s also super distasteful to wear this to a place where the young ones are actually going to be in the audience watching the movie. The stars and producers brought their kids! This is her thing though; she dresses trampy almost all the time and she clearly wants your attention.
