Tom Cruise personally thanked PR’s staff after firing her

tom-cruise-jerry-bruckheimer-honored_3733272 PR guru Pat Kingsley worked with Tom Cruise for years but in 2004 the actor decided to end the partnership and insisted on telling her personally.

In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Kingsley opened up about it and said: “His assistant called and made an appointment for Tom to come into my office. He had never been to my office before. He came in, had a few minutes of chitchat, and he said, ‘I want you to know I’ve decided to make a change’.

“I said, ‘I knew that was going to happen today. I guess I’ll probably take a pretty big hit with the media.’ And he said, ‘Well, we’ve all had those hits, haven’t we?’ I said, ‘Yeah. I’ll be Ok.’

Pat added: “Then I said, ‘A lot of people have worked on your behalf that you’re not aware of, and I’d like to have you say hello to them.’ So I took him around, and he saw everybody and even went to see the mailman, just as cordial as could be.”

Wow! That was a very polite gesture on Tom Cruise’s side, even after he decided to make such a great change. I even haven’t suspected before there is such a huge group of people standing behind the PR of a Hollywood star! I believe Tom Cruise with the recent event of his life is enough famous without any PR company.

Tom Cruise is a very polite guy, even firing his stuff, he was polite and thanked them for the work they did. It is a very good way to part with people. I also know Tom is a religious man with deep respect to other people. I respect it a lot!
