Tom Cruise doesn’t like to talk about his divorce with Katie Holmes and he hasn’t said much on the subject. However, he is traveling a lot promoting a new movie these days and questions about the divorce are inevitable. Tom was making press rounds for the film Oblivion in Germany and he told Bunte magazine: “I did not expect that.”

Katie announced the separation on June 29, 2012. “Life is a challenge,” Tom said. “To be 50 and have experiences and think you have everything under control, and then it hits you—that’s what life is…Life is tragicomic. You need a certain sense of humor.”
