Filming Fast & Furious 7, Vin Diesel suffered a minor concussion.
The actor wrote on his Facebook page yesterday: “Knocked skulls with Jason Statham, literally… then got beaten with lead pipes. Slammed against a car and suffered a minor concussion.”
However, his injuries won’t stop Diesel from finishing the movie on time as planned as he owes it to late friend and co-star Paul Walker to complete the film.
“I promised Pablo (Paul Walker) this would be the biggest film in history… haha… all in a days work. P.s. Proud of the whole Fast team,” the actor added.
The movie is set to be released in April 2015.
I admire Vin Diesel commitment and dedication to his work on fast & Furious 7. This movie has become very special for him after the loss of his close friend and colleague on this movie. We all miss Paul Walker and are looking for the last movie. I am sure the movie will be the best from the series.
I think Vin Diesel is a fu***ng awesome actor, and I am sure that the movie will really be a great one, for some reason I do believe his words, and I am sure that he won’t let me down. Can’t wait till the last part, I was really amazed by the fact how much I loved the sixth part. I think this movie is supposed to enter the history as the movie that had the biggest quantity of parts and all of them were not less successful than the first movie, and in some cases they were even more successful, as for me the sixth part as far as for now rocks. Most of all I am happy with the fact that they managed to stay with the same acting staff instead of changing it for each and every movie. The only thing I am sad about, is that Paul Walker is no longer in their team, he was a great actor, and I hope that he is resting in peace in the Heaven kingdom, as he really deserves that. He was a great person and he didn’t deserve to die, not in this early age, there were so many things that he was supposed to do, but unfortunately didn’t had the chance to do, probably good people are needed even in the skies.
I really do miss Paul Walker, and honestly speaking I cannot imagine the new “Fast and Furious” without him, as he and Vin Diesel were the heart of those movies, and I do realize that Vin will stay, but it will not be the same. I remember the sixth part I saw in September during a flight, and I loved the movie so much that I had the wish to see it once again as soon as I finished watching it, and usually it happens with me only in the case if I love the movie very and very much. The best thing about it is not only the subject line, but also the fact that all of the actors are so beautiful, while watching the movie you keep thinking who is cuter, Mia or Michelle Rodriguez? Vin Diesel or Paul Walker? In some newspaper I have read that he will be replaced by his brother in the movie, so I am wondering is it really true, or it is some regular rumor.
I loved all the parts of “Fast and Furious” and was very impatient about the release of each new part, but now all I feel while reading this article is sadness. As all I am able to think of is Paul Walker and how unfair was the fact that he died being so young and right in the moment when he became so famous, he had his entire life in front of him, and unfortunately he died without being there for his daughter, as the more she will grew up, the more she will need her daddy by her side. Hopefully Paul’s friends will not leave her and will help her at the top of their abilities. For some reason I am sure that Vin Diesel will do it even without being asked. He is obviously a man of his word, and I respect that.
